Welcome to Dataville

A gamified hypothesis testing application developed with NYU Steinhardt faculty to support students in a quantitative reasoning course. Players run for mayor of a small town, building Credibility, Popularity, and Competence by completing randomized scenarios across Safety, Entertainment, and City Planning, with scaffolded help that decreases as difficulty increases.
