NYU's iTLAB partnered with Professor Anna E. Venetsanos of the College of Arts & Science to bring VR and AI into Elementary and Intermediate Modern Greek instruction. The goal: create a low-risk, immersive environment where students could practice conversational Greek with confidence, using Meta Quest 3 headsets, the Mondly language learning platform, and a custom AI-powered avatar experience.
